ITINERARY
The starting point of this stay is Cormons, in the heart of the Collio, at the Enoteca of the Collio Consortium located in the historic and central square of the hilltop town.
Passion and love guide the work of the people within the Enoteca and will introduce and illustrate the beauties of the area and the magnificent wines and sausages of homegrown production. A manager will welcome you by giving the first indications of the area and the possible itineraries to follow in the following days, and will accompany you to the reserved residence.
The first dinner will be in a nearby restaurant to have a first encounter with the local cuisine and taste the delicious white wines.

Outside the overnight location, the guide will be waiting to lead you through the cycle paths of the area scattered in the hills, making you enjoy an extraordinary day. There will certainly be stops, nor a scheduled visit to one of the wine producing companies that are part of the Collio Wines Consortium. There will be the opportunity to learn about grape growing, harvesting and winemaking techniques, and the hope of learning some secrets that allow these wines to be so excellent. And then there will be a tasting of these delicious wines such as Friulano, Pinot, La Malvasia and others, accompanied by typical local products. A full day, covering about 30 km, enjoying suggestive places surrounded by nature in tortuous but simple paths, thrilling you for how generous nature is. In the evening gourmet dinner at a Cormons restaurant where authenticity, creativity and goodness will be the ingredients. A dinner in a particular location that will make you fall in love with this borderland.

Breakfast
Morning dedicated to cycling, with another shorter but no less impressive route along the Collio hills to discover a farm renowned for its dairy products and sausages. Return to the hotel and check-out and then be taken back to the Collio Enoteca for a final toast and the opportunity to purchase some bottles of wine from the Collio producers.
